What Information does Judaica Savings Collect?

Visits

Every time you visit our site, we collect your IP Address and the date and time that you entered our site. We collect this information to better understand the uniqueness of each visit, helping us improve the quality of our website.

Contact

When you contact us, we collect the content of your shopping card, and pass it on to the representative who will answer your correspondence, to that the representative can have a better understanding of your concern.

Orders

Upon placing an order, we collect (on top of the IP address and date/time) the name as it appears on your credit card, along with all other basic billing information. We need this information to verify that you are indeed the card owner, preventing fraud on your card.

We also ask for the shipping information (if different), so that we can help you get your order/gift to the right destination.

We also ask for your email address and phone number, so that we can contact you - when necessary - about your order. We do not use your email address or phone number for any marketing or mailing program, unless you specifically requested to be added to such a list. That's a promise!

We also ask that you setup a password, so that you may come back and access your order status, giving you step-by-step tracking information about your shipment, including your scheduled delivery date. You can also use this password to reuse your billing and shipping information for future orders.

If you process your payment through our save and secure merchant system, you must enter your credit card information, so that we can receive your payment, and process your order. We do not save your credit card number in our database. Rather it is processed by the world-renowned Authorize.net.

If you choose to process your order through PayPal, you will never have to enter any payment information on our website.

Who Has Access to My Information?

Only the representative(s) who process your order (customer service, shipping, etc.) can access your information.

All technical work done to our website, are done in-house. That means that no 3rd party (or their staff) ever gets access to your information.

How do we Share Your Information

We don't! Judaica Savings never shares any of your information with a third party.

How Secure is my Information?

  • We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
  • We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
  • It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

JudaicaSavings.com does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
