Returns and Exchanges

To return a product for exchange or credit, you must contact us within 30 days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For help with returns, please call us at 347-234-5832 or email cs@JudaicaSavings.com. All returns are subject to manufacturer/publisher restrictions.

Unauthorized returns may be subject to a 15% or more restocking fee or refusal depending on the circumstance. Unauthorized returns will only be given store credit for future purchases on our website.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

We do not issue refunds for shipping and handling charges unless we shipped you the wrong item, or the merchandise was damaged when you received it from us.

We do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We advise you to send your package via UPS, FedEx, or US Priority Mail to obtain insurance, if needed, and a tracking number.

Seasonal Products

Seasonal items may not be returnable if not received before then end of that season. what is a seasonal item?

Personalized Products

Personalized items and customized goods are not returnable or exchangeable, unless it was defective upon delivery. In case of a defect, you must notify within two (2) business days of delivery of the defect.

Discount and Closeout Products

Discounted items, closeout goods, or discontinued articles are not returnable or exchangeable, unless it was defective upon delivery. In case of defecte, you must notify within two (2) business days of delivery of the defect.

Other Restrictions

Other restrictions apply on certain products, because the nature of the product, and may not be returned or exchanged.

Some products have their own return policy. Please read the individual policy on each product page, when applicable.

The following items may never be returned or exchanged: Megillah on parchment, any food item, a Sukkah (and any part of the Sukkah, i.e. decorations, Sechach), the Four Species (Lulav Etrog, etc.), Ketubahs.

Order Cancellations

In some cases, orders may be canceled within 90 minutes from the time that your order was placed. Please call us at 347-234-5832 to cancel; Please do not use email to cancel an order, as it may not be handled before deadline.

Sales Tax

Judaica Savings will withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York State. Each customer will be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

International Orders

All international customers must pay by credit card. We do not accept wire transfers at this time. All international orders must have the same ship to and bill to address entered on their order that is on file with the credit card issuer. International orders cannot be shipped to a different address. Any order placed with an international credit card is considered an international order. Any order placed from outside the United States is considered an International Order, with the exception of U.S. Military Personnel.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.
