A candlestick, chamberstick, or candelabrum is a holder for one or more candles, used for illumination, rituals or decorative purposes.
Candelabra is the traditional term for a set of multiple decorative candlesticks, each of which often holds a candle on each of multiple arms or branches connected to a column or pedestal. A single member of such a set is known as a candelabrum.
In the Jewish Home, a Candlestick or Candelabra has a special meaning. Prominently displayed on your Shabbat-table, and on Yom Tov, as well as other traditional events and parties.
